PERMITTED USES
This User License Agreement grants you a terminable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Product(s). For the creation of digital and physical end products—commercial and non-commercial use. You are free to sell any artwork you create using them.
PROHIBITED USES
All copying, modifying, reselling, duplicating, lending, trading, renting, sharing, relicensing or any other unauthorized distribution of our Digital Product(s) is prohibited, either as they exist or any modification.
All recreating, altering, and modifying of the Digital Products(s) (wholly or partly) in order to create a similar product offered for free, or for sale is prohibited.
The Digital Product(s) cannot be installed into other app(s), only to the one that is designed for. Example, Procreate brushes are Licensed for use only in Adobe Procreate and may not be installed in any other app(s).
NUMBER OF USERS
This license is granted for a single user only. You must purchase a License for each user who will install or use the Digital Product(s). The number of users is equal to the quantity chosen at the time of purchase.
A single user can install one (1) Digital Product(s) up to a maximum of one (1) devices. The Digital Product(s) can be used only by the same user.
COMPATIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring your device(s) meets the requirements to install and use the Digital Product(s).
TERMINATION
If you breach any of the terms of this User License Agreement it will cause the termination of this License. In the event of termination, you agree to immediately return, or delete completely the Digital Product(s), and certify that no copy remains in your possession, or control. Geometrical Supply shall be under no obligation to refund any fees paid by you in the event that this License is terminated by reason of a breach.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In no event will Geometrical Supply be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost revenue, profits, goodwill or savings, or for any claim by any third party.
